Issue management is his speciality and health, natural resources, and sustainability advocacy are his passions. He is the author of 10 books, including Environmental Heroes and the Making a Better World series of environmental success stories. Chandler also is an environmental journalist and advocate who has been published around the world.

Prior to forming Crossbow in 2001, Chandler worked for Tracy-Locke/BBDO Advertising & Public Relations, the National Cattlemen’s Association, and the high-powered lobbying firm of Hays, Hays, and Wilson. Gary Chandler works from both Denver and Phoenix as necessary.

Nora Knowles is a public affairs strategist and media relations specialist with more than 30 years of experience in broadcasting, investigative journalism, public relations and international media relations. She is based in New York City -- the media capital of the world.
